墨龍是什麼

山東墨龍（購買於2021年6月）山東墨龍，公司始創於1986年，2001年經山東省政府批准成立山東墨龍石油機械股份有限公司。是一家主要從事石油鑽採專用裝置的設計研發、加工製造、銷售服務和出口貿易的傳統企業。2004年4月15日，山東墨龍H股在香港聯交所創業板成功上市，成為濰坊市民營企業首家及國內同行業首家在境外上市的公司。2007年2月7日，山東墨龍由H股創業板成功轉至主機板，成為134家香港創業板H股公司中的首家成功轉板企業。2010年10月21日，山東墨龍A股在深圳證券交易所掛牌上市，成為第一家迴歸深交所的H股公司，公司擁有H+A兩隻股票（H股程式碼：00568，A股程式碼：002490）。在傳統企業順應新舊動能轉換方面，山東墨龍打出了新舊動能轉換的“三板斧”。把工匠精神、“金藍領”精神請到了企業裡來。2021年1月再次獲得高新技術企業重新認定。已承擔國家級、省級有關科研專案70餘項，其中國家火炬計劃專案1項，國家科技計劃專案1項，山東省省級技術創新專案70餘項；獲得專利86項，其中發明專利12項，實用新型專利74項；獲得山東省著名商標1個，山東名牌產品4個，擁有山東省級企業技術中心、博士後科研工作站、國家認可實驗室、山東省石油專用管工程技術研究中心、濰坊市工程實驗室及濰坊市石油機械工程技術研究中心等科研創新平臺，與清華大學、東北大學、中國石油大學、西安交大、北京科技大學、西安管研院等國內多所重點高校及科研院所建立了戰略合作關係，為企業持續發展提供了強有力的技術支撐，使山東墨龍日漸成為國內外能源裝備製造業的龍頭企業。

曾經數次被實施退市風險警示的“ST墨龍”，2018年扭虧為盈，撤銷了退市風險。
