2300年前的蜀郡太守李冰，為治理時常氾濫的岷江

Two thousand three hundred years ago， Li Bing， prefect of Shu Prefecture， worked to control the minjiang River， which often flooded

提出天才性的創舉，將岷江一分為二

He ingeniously divided the minjiang River from one to two

內江用於灌溉，外江用於行洪

The inner river is used for irrigation and the outer river for flood discharge

一舉解決了水患氾濫問題

The problem of flooding was solved forever
